Shipping Policy

SHIPPING 

Priority Mail (2-4 business days). Tracking number will be sent out via email, within 24 hours that your order is shipped out.

*Please allow up to 48 business hours for your order to be process and shipped.

Priority Mail Orders come with $50 Insurance through USPS.

Express Delivery orders must be placed before 10 a.m. EST, in order for your order to be shipped out the same day.

*Once your tracking number has been emailed to you. LuxeWardrobe is not responsible for packages that are not delivered. You must resolve this issue with USPS. You can contact them at 1-800-275-8777. However, LuxeWardrobe will assist you in the process of resolving this issue.

LuxeWardrobe is not responsible for orders sent out to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.  If USPS cannot pick up your address there will be a delay in your order being processed and you will be responsible for reshipping fees.

If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect please text 747-206-7181 and/or Email Info@luxewardrobe.net immediately to resolve this issue and update the order with the correct shipping address.

International Shipping

We ship all around the world.

Priority Express takes 5-6 business days for most countries and tracking numbers are also included with this shipping choice.

Priority Mail takes 8-14 business days for most countries. Tracking number is not included, only customs number.

First Class Mail 9-17 business days. Tracking number not included, only customs number.

We are not responsible for packages held longer by customs.
