Our EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since the day you received your order, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you an exchange nor store credit. Items returned after 10 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
All Jewelry and Accessories are FINAL SALE.
Intimates, Swimwear and Bodysuits are FINAL SALE, due to hygienic reasons.
All Sale Items and orders placed with a 25% and higher discounts are FINAL SALE.
All sales are FINAL on International Shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the EXACT CONDITION that you received it. No type of odors (perfume or body odor). No stains (makeup or deodorant). It must also be in the original packaging. You must email INFO@LUXEWARDROBE.NET within 7 days that you receive the order and provide us with your order number and reason for return to help expedite the process. Then, you must mail in the return items and it must be postmarked within 10 days of received order.
Please make sure you follow these guidelines and only return your order if you have contacted LuxeWardrobe. This helps make the return policy simple and convenient for customers. Thank you.
Returns (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If approved, you will then be given a CREDIT CODE for the total amount minus shipping and/or discounts used towards your purchase. Once you receive your Credit Code you will have 90 days to use the Credit Code before it expires ( credit code cannot be used towards your re-shipping fee), make sure your subtotal is equal to or greater than your credit code.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
When exchanging an item you are still responsible for the shipping cost of your new item/s.
Exchanges are final sale.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee and protect your package.
